HOLY MASS
OPENING
KIND HEARTS
Inspired by our patron Saints Benedict and Scholastica, we
Scholasticans have listened with the ears of our hearts to God’s
invitation to love. We reach out with compassion to those in
need, especially during difficult situations. We strive to be our
best selves in everything we do, with love as our motive.
FIERCE MINDS
Inspired by the women leaders and Scholasticans young and
old who stood up for what they believed in, we are not afraid to
speak our truth and to stand for what will bring greater good.
Our Benedictine education inspired us to be critical thinkers, to
discern what gives life to all, and boldly express these, even if
it means challenging status quo.
Brave Spirits
Inspired by heroes from different generations and walks of life,
we Scholasticans say yes to serve others, to stand for what is
truthful and right, even in the most difficult times. With full faith
and trust in God, we respond to our calling with the belief “that
in all things God may be glorified” (1 Peter 4:11b).

This innovative homecoming will forever be remembered with fondness despite the pandemic challenges we all faced. Congratulations to Batch 1996 for hosting this first virtual homecoming - attended by many jubilarians across the globe. I am happy and proud to be part of this momentous event as a Pearl jubilarian. Your massive hard work and dedication paid off!.
The production numbers were absolutely stunning!
Bravo! 🎉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💐❤️
Congratulations Batch 96! Putting together the 1st virtual homecoming required huge effort and preparations. I am happy that my batch, HS86, is a Jubilarian this year. A first for us too and we all had fun doing the preparations with you. Till the next one! 😍
Thank you little sisters for a terrific and well planned homecoming celebration. Looking forward to our next jubee in 5 years😘😘😘
You set the bar high being the first batch doing a virtual homecoming! Amazing job! Congrats HS batch 1996! We are your Ates from 10years ahead of you, HS batch 1986 when the EDSA revolution happened! It was a crazy school year for us. First we boycotted one CAT session because we refused to honor Marcos as the Commander in Chief! Then we didn’t get to have a grad Ball and we thought even the rites will be cancelled. Well, we were lucky that it pushed thru.
That opening video showing the facilities of our School moved me to tears. It really felt like coming home.
Thank you St. Scho for the education and values instilled in me. I am one proud SCHOLASTICAN!
Congratulations Batch ‘96! I was in tears watching the online homecoming, knowing you were our “little sisters” back then and now have all become beautiful and successful women. It was an amazing and truly memorable homecoming. Excellent job, ladies! And most especially, excellent job, Tara! For sure, Mabel is rejoicing “watching” all of you.
Thank you for remembering Claudine Mabel.
With love,
Cheryl Feliciano Batch 90
Inna Feliciano-Gimenez Batch 94

Great job to all Jubilarians. Great show and production numbers. It was very inspiring. I really enjoyed the show.
Thank you for reminding us what it means to be a true Scholastican.
Cheers!
Many thanks for a fabulous Alumnae Homecoming Program!! Your hard work and dedication paid off. We all had a great time.... Congratulations!
I knew you were good, but I didn't know you were going to be THAT awesome! I'm proud to have been able to witness how you changed the homecoming landscape. Thank you to the HS96 team for a job Scholastican-ly well done!
Congratulations and thanks for a superb show! We are all amazed at the talent and love. Bravo!
PS Now we just need a Board that can represent us with integrity and competence! On to honest elections and a new SSAFI President.
You brave and beautiful girls. You super women. Wonder Women. All of you.
There is so much I wish I knew how to say, in words that would capture exactly what I think and feel…Like how amazing your entire production was. How beautiful. How inspiring.
Like how so very proud I am of all of you. And how humbled I am to realise that it was MY privilege to have been one of your teachers.
From the very beginning, I had no doubt that you would all do an amazing job. But still, you blew me away. It wasn’t just the technology magic. It was the depth and breadth and insight of the substance that you chose to include and to highlight. And the many little things that showed how loving, supportive, considerate, and inclusive your hearts and minds are.
I sat glued to my seat the whole time. Alternately grinning and tearing up.
You were all… Just. AMAZING.
Good Job 👍 Batch '69
Congratulations 👏👏👏
Tough act to follow
Good Luck next Silver Jubilarians 😊
Congrats to 96'! Some are my Grade 6 batchmates. 🍷👏
How time flies so fast? 25 years ago and here I am still teaching STEM Biology 😜.....Welcome back, Batch 96 ☀️. I hope you all enjoy reminiscing the past with your batch mates. It was a pleasure having served you as Biology teacher. Resilient as you all are I know that you have remained steadfast in your journey to attain success and happiness. I am proud of what you had all become. May St. Scholastica and St. Benedict continue to guide you and bless you in all your endeavors. ❤❤❤
I can’t believe it’s been 25 years! It doesn’t seem like any of you aged at all! Every time I see each of your social media posts, I am reminded of your younger version. I remember, on your first year, how most of you seemed uneasy the first time I called you to come to the Guidance Office, surprised the second time I called you, and shocked that I was calling you for the third or fourth time in one year. It didn’t take long though for some of you to start requesting me to “Please call me during Ms/Mr/Mrs so and so’s class. Please, Tita.” If I had a tally sheet back then of the reasons why you wanted to “see me”, that would have topped it all! Oh and the creativity was fun to recall, too. From the shy and sweet way of asking to begging to demanding to giving reasons why I should call you during a certain class.
By your second year, you were already used to the routine. Calling students in the office more than once in a year wasn’t the practice back then. But I did it because I genuinely wanted to get to know each of you, and I’m glad I did.
I may have become that “Tita” who will always think of you as a teenager in your HS uniform, but I am also that “Tita” who will always be proud of you and all that you have accomplished and yet to accomplish. And for the times you might feel beat, please know that that is okay, too. Embrace it. Be kind to yourself. Pray. Get back up. And before you know it, you’ll be back on your feet again. Because you always do. Because you are fierce. And because you have a brave spirit. Happy Homecoming! I love you!
It was grace and privilege that allowed me serve the batch of 1996 as a teacher. At this age of 64, your kind invitation is already a plus. Watching the video and the photos was a pleasant experience. May your Benedictine and Scholastican foundations continue in your parental and professional roles in life. Be blessed and be with God!
The SSC-GC Prayer Warriors!
Sending our love and Congratulations to Batch 96!
We are PROUD OF YOU ALL!
This year's first ever virtual homecoming is precious. Am sure it will forever be etched in Scholasticans' minds and hearts. Congratulations and kudos to all of you, HS '96, and the other jubilarians for preparing so hard and so much for a delightful program. Thank you for your loyalty, enthusiasm, and generosity, especially for sharing with all of us a part of yourselves -- your time, talent, and treasure -- even in these challenging times. See you all on the 11th of July!
They say you never forget your first. You were mine.
First time teaching high school. First time handling eight Grammar classes. First time teaching Research to high school girls. First homeroom class. First time a class threw me a surprise children’s party. First time students sang me an apology. First time I used “Princess Bride” as a grammar tool.
So many lovely memories, so how could I forget HS’96? Inconceivable! 😉
Some of you have become my friends, some my sorority sisters, some my colleagues. But ALL of you have become part of my heart.
I am so happy for and proud of you all.
Congratulations Batch '96 and may you have a successful grand reunion and homecoming presentation - many have changed for sure but the Spirit and Joy of being a Kulasa will definitely still be there in your hearts - specially when we sing the Benedictine Hymn during Music class and other school activities in the St. Cecilia Auditorium - best regards to everyone and God Bless.
Dear Batch '96,
You are memorable to me because it was in SY '95-'96 that I stepped into the huge shoes of Ms. Medy Salazar as the HS Coordinator of Student Affairs. It was a most challenging but fulfilling year of changes, innovations and opportunities.
On this your 25th jubilee, amidst the uncertainty of a pandemic, each of you are called to make that contribution, big or small, to making things better not just for yourselves or your families, but to the larger community. May you make a dent for the greater good.
Best wishes and I am most excited to be a part of this celebration
Love lots,
Mrs. P
Your ates are looking forward to your homecoming! Good luck and mabuhay, HS96!
Love the campus photos! Thank you for “bringing us home” through them.
It is nice to reconnect with the entire batch. 😍 I am truly excited for our homecoming. Praying that it would be successfull since we are the first batch to do a virtual homecoming. 😁
Batchmates! This is awesome! I loved seeing everyone's faces the last few months! Excited for our homecoming! <3
Good luck to all of my Silver jubilarian sisters! I can't believe it's already been 25 years since we saw each other last. I know these past two years have been strange (what with the whole epidemic) but I can't help but be thankful that we're all brought together on the virtual stage!
See you all very soon! ❤
